I purchased the X6 full power kit
which had everything I needed to
Charge batteries. Included 6 - 18650 battery adapters which I have plenty 18650’s from old laptops battery compartments. The battery pack is well made of hard plastic and fits perfectly in my Starlink mini version 1. The battery compartment holds 6 batteries at 4900mAh which gave me about 3.5 hours of runtime. I like the convenience of replacing batteries to continue my runtime. The Xtar-Link
makes my mini truly portable. While hiking, I take it out of my backpack, turn it on by pressing the power button on the Xtar-Link, put it on the ground and run Starlink alignment and begin using mini for WiFi-calling if no cell service and/or connect to my clients remotely. I don’t have run Starlink power cable which is great for quick access. It is a complete power solution. I would have ordered more 4900 mAh batteries if they would had an option when I purchased, but I see they have added that option since then. The Xtar-Link is well made and just works right out the box…..I like it !
The quality is typical “Made in China” or brought from Temu. What they advertise and what you get don’t exactly align. The 3 stars are because they actually delivered something. I ended up buying again direct from Starlink and the quality is totally different. I should have known better and won’t make tge mistake twice.
A lot better than expected. Stuck on the hatch in my off road caravan. Done some pretty average dirt track and roads. Has not moved. And is light
