Our warehouse is working from Monday to Friday, and we will deliver the goods within 3 working days after receiving your payment. In case an item is out of stock, we will promptly communicate with you to provide updates. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure to provide an accurate street address (not a PO Box) and up-to-date contact information during checkout.

 

Fast Delivery

All our products ship from USA or China warehouse, and delivery time varies from country to country, usually it takes 5-10 working days to Asia countries and USA; 15-30 workings to European and other countries.
The first carrier is 4px, and change to local second carrier after customs clearance(e.g. USPS in USA, Royal Mail in Germany etc)

DHL/UPS/TNT/Fedex (optional): 3-7 days for delivery. You can contact us for faster express delivery if you pay additional cost.

Kindly note that delivery time listed above are all counting from the date the package is on tracking system, it may take about 1-2 days for the logistics partner to handle the packages before it’s trackable. Please be aware that severe weather conditions may cause logistical delays.

 

Custom tax & risk
Customers are responsible for import tax and risk. Please do enough research on your local custom/import policy before ordering.

We aim to have all your items delivered together. However, due to varying shipping options, we may occasionally send products separately. You will receive a shipment notification email once an item is dispatched.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel your order before the product is manufactured or shipped, please contact us. Full refunds are available for canceled orders. If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel your order after receiving the goods, refer to our Refund policy.
